Terms of Service for Hong Kong Hosting

Services Covered

These terms apply to Hong Kong VPS plans, dedicated servers, Windows RDP packages, website and WordPress hosting delivered on a VPS, and domain registrations ordered through this site. The specifications, prices and delivery times described on each page reflect the service at the time of ordering. Domain registrations are also subject to the policies of the relevant registry, which may change independently of us.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for everything that runs on your services and for the actions of anyone you give access to. You must not use them for unlawful activity, spam or unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware distribution, attacks on other networks, unauthorised scanning, or content that infringes the rights of others. Unlimited traffic and unmetered ports are provided for normal use and must not be used in ways that harm the network or other customers. Breaches may lead to suspension or termination, and serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Billing and Payment

Services are billed in advance for the chosen billing period. Invoices are issued through the client area and can be paid by cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer. Services with unpaid invoices may be suspended after the due date and terminated if payment is not received. Prices may change for future billing periods, with notice given before they apply.

Cancellation

You may cancel a service at any time by submitting a cancellation request in the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless you request immediate termination. Data on cancelled services is deleted and cannot be recovered, so move anything you need beforehand. Domain registrations remain in place until their expiry date.

Backups and Your Data

Unless a backup service is expressly included in your order, you are responsible for backing up your own data. We recommend keeping regular copies of important files and databases outside the server. We are not liable for data loss arising from hardware failure, software faults, your own actions or the actions of third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the billing period in which the claim arose.

Privacy and Cookies

We use the personal information you provide to deliver, bill and support your services, and we do not sell it. This website stores your theme choice and cookie preference in your browser. Essential cookies needed for the site to work are always on. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept All Cookies, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing the stored preference.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new services or legal requirements.
