What to Include in Your Message
A little detail up front lets us give you a useful answer in the first reply rather than after several rounds of questions.
- For a quote: the service you are considering (Hong Kong VPS, dedicated server or RDP), the workload you plan to run, the operating system, and roughly how many users or how much traffic you expect.
- For dedicated servers: the configuration you are interested in, whether you need Windows Server, whether you want the 50 Mbps port upgrade, and any launch date you are working towards.
- For technical issues: the service name or IP address, what you were doing when the problem began, any error messages, and the steps you have already tried.
- For billing: the invoice number and your preferred payment method: cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer.
Never send passwords in a ticket or email unless an engineer specifically asks for access, and change them afterwards.
